Problem Solved
John Donahue, system designer with “The Little Guys” System Integration Company in Chicago, looked at the back of the three new Hitachi Plasma displays waiting to be installed at Klein Tools Corporate Headquarters and knew he had a problem.
It seemed that Hitachi had deleted the DB-15 input connector from the displays and he needed to feed VGA computer signals to the monitors.
Klein Tools headquarters was huge – 120,000 square feet with four boardrooms and a fully integrated information/multi-media distribution system linking all the executive offices plus the lobby – and Donahue had no intention of disappointing this very important customer.
“We’d been using TV One products to solve problems for several years now and when this situation came up, I immediately thought of TV One.” Donahue advised.
